We are parents!

Ok, let me start off by saying that Craig and I are the worst bloggers ever! We haven't posted anything for over 2 months. My apologies to everyone who has been checking our blog for news about our baby...

On Friday April 25th we received "the call" from our adoption agency. Our daughter is almost 7 weeks old. She is absolutely darling. She has chubby little cheeks and a full head of hair! Since she is so young she will not be able to get a court date in Ethiopia until the middle of June. We will keep you updated as soon as we hear anything else from our adoption agency. We cannot show any pictures of her until her court date. As soon as we can post pictures, trust us, we will!

Craig and I are so excited. We are both in love with our little peanut! Thank you so much of all of your prayers for us over the last few years. It has been a long process. We feel so blessed to finally know who our daughter is. Please be praying for her over in Ethiopia. Now that we know who she is, we are anxious to get over there and bring her home. Pray for patience on our part to trust in God's perfect timing.

Some friends and family have been asking for pictures and video of our daughters room. We will be creating a YouTube account with a link here on our blog. We will start posting videos soon. We will be adding some pictures to this site soon, too.
